How do you verify cleaners?
Verification can include checks such as public liability insurance, UK photo ID, and DBS status where applicable (depending on services). Verified badges on a profile indicate what has been reviewed.
Are reviews genuine?
Yes — reviews are tied to completed bookings. This reduces the risk of misleading reviews and helps maintain marketplace trust. (Platforms are expected to take steps against fake reviews under the UK’s strengthened consumer rules.)

No. Scrub Squad UK® is not a pay-per-lead directory. Traders are not charged per enquiry.
Do you take commission?
Scrub Squad UK® does not take a percentage-based commission on your job value. Pricing is transparent and explained during registration and in your dashboard/plan terms.
